TimeWhys
TimeWhys (Frank, Tom, Mark, and John) perform the great music of the 1960s, 1970s, recreating those captivating times when AM radio ruled supreme and pop rock gems filled the airwaves.
As a group of professional, hard-working, accomplished musicians, TimeWhys takes pride in authentically reproducing many of the intricate details of the original performances in the songs they play, because they believe you should hear these songs as you remember them. TimeWhys band members are multi-instrumentalists, using technology to reproduce sound that would take six or eight musicians to replicate. Audiences are always captivated by TimeWhys’s vocals and harmonies.
TimeWhys won the Morning Call Reader’s Choice Award for Best Local Band in 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2021!
The band opened for the 60s national act “The Cyrkle” (Hits include Red Rubber Ball, Turn Down Day) on May 7, 2022. The Cyrkle opened for The Beatles in 1966 and was named by John Lennon!
In November of 2022, TimeWhys was the house band for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting. Over 1500 were in attendance at the Wind Creek Event Center.
In keeping with the creative spirit of the Sixties and Seventies, TimeWhys also compose and perform original music. The songs are available on their website. For the recent Lehigh Valley Music Awards, TimeWhys were nominated for Outstanding Band/Duo, Outstanding Album, Outstanding Song (“Lying Through Your Lipstick”), and the LVMA Discovered Artist Award.
Whether it’s a winery, festival, concert, private corporate function, class reunion or a nightclub engagement, TimeWhys considers it an honor to bring to life some of the most electrifying music of our time, and to revive those special moments in rock and roll history.
REVIEWS
TimeWhys performed for us for the first time at this years Fall Foliage Festival. They had a large crowd for their entire set as people were definitely enjoying themselves and listening to the music. TimeWhys had no problem with even tricky numbers, and they did tunes we all knew. As festival organizers, that's what you have to have; people having a great time, and the music transporting them there. We'll have them back next year for sure; highly recommended!

'All I Know', lovely! 'Lying Through Your Lipstick' vocal sounds like Jamie Hoover [Spongetones] with 10cc background vocals. Cool. Diggin' it!
